LINING:
All cast polyurethane, 90 durometer 1/2" in thickness.

CONSTRUCTION:
Heavy gauge steel throughout, all welded construction. All
welds performed by certified welders.
FINISH:
High quality, rust prohibiting alkyd enamel gloss gray in
color.
DISCHARGE DOOR:
5" diameter opening. Door held in place with positive
locking device.
COVER:
Rubber sound reduction cover included.
DISCHARGE RAMP:
22" from floor
FLUID RECIRCULATING SYSTEM - INCLUDED:
7 gallon plastic container, submersible pump, pump bracket
and all necessary hook-up fittings. Inlet valve to adjust
flow. The fluid system is easily adaptable to a flow
through system.
WEIGHT:
350 lbs. (empty)
Mr DeBurr replaces expensive hand deburring with
inexpensive automated finishing. Mr. DeBurr can de-burr,
de-grease, clean and polish. It can be used for aggressive
cutting or fine polishing. With proper selection of
compound and media a limitless variety of finishes can be
produced. (Steel media not recommended).
Whether you are manufacturing parts from steel, alloys,
