Drilling diameter - up to Ø 125 mm in full material (Ø 100 in Inconell) and up to Ø 200mm with reboring

Machine is complete and it incluldes:
- Machine bed in welded construction filled with special mineral-epoxy (instead of standard concrete filling) to limit vibrations during machining;
- main spindle drive unit with a power of 39 KW (tool rotation)
- a workpiece drive unit with a capacity of 11 KW (rotation of counter-machined workpiece);
- control Siemens KTP-1000 and S7-1200 with touch screen
- high pressure oil unit with a capacity of up to 500l / min
- oil tank with a capacity of 3500 l
- complete oil cooling system with a cooler
- chip conveyor connected to centrifuge 1000 rpm for centrifuging oil from chips
- oil filtration system with automatic feeder and filters
- electrical control cabinet 2,4 x 0,5 x 2.0m
- pinola / steady for long elements with Ø 50- Ø 275 mm (demountable);
- tool vibration damper
- complete oil supply unit (TIBO BOZA 50-200)
- complete equipment and pipes for two ranges of diameters
