You the User are solely responsible for removal of for sale ad when equipment is sold.

You the User are solely responsible for the content of your wanted ad/ads. The content of the wanted ad/ads may not be contradictory to the existing law of any kind. The wanted ad/ads must be listed in an appropriate category. 7. Intellectual Rights

8. MACHINEKS.COM Rights
MACHINEKS.COM reserves its right to refuse a User access to services of MachineKs.com Website without further explanation. MACHINEKS.COM reserves its right to remove For Sale Ads that are left unconfirmed by User for over than 30 (thirty) days period, with or without giving prior notification to the User. MACHINEKS.COM reserves its right to periodically require from User the confirmation of Wanted Ads. MACHINEKS.COM reserves its right to remove Wanted Ads that are left unconfirmed by User for over than 30 (thirty) days period, with or without giving prior notification to the User. MACHINEKS.COM shall bear no liability for any consequential, direct, indirect damage or lost resulting from removal of ads by MACHINEKS.COM from MachineKs.com Website database.

9. Limitation of Liability
All parties of this Agreement agree that each party’s aggregate liability to the other is limited to amounts paid or payable to MACHINEKS.COM for the services offered in the MachineKs.com Website.

10. Warranty
MACHINEKS.COM provides its website "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind. MACHINEKS.COM shall bear no liability for lost profits or any direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with MachineKs.com Website.

11. Force Majeure
MACHINEKS.COM shall have no any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any conditions beyond the reasonable control of MACHINEKS.COM, including but not limited to governmental action or acts of terrorism, riots, labor conditions, power failures, earthquake or other acts of God.
